Program Standards

Commitments that can be checked.

These are the practices we intend to document before serving participants. They are operating standards, not claims of past results.

Youth safety
Written safeguarding rules, appropriate screening, clear adult-youth boundaries, supervision, and a documented incident-response path.

Publish the safeguards

Before enrollment opens

Family partnership
Plain-language eligibility, informed consent, confirmed schedules, reliable points of contact, accessible feedback, and clear complaint handling.

Set expectations clearly

Before participation begins

Privacy and dignity
Collect only necessary information, obtain permission before sharing a story or image, protect youth records, and never invent testimonials or outcomes.

Respect every participant

At every stage

01
Participation
Report enrollment and attendance for a named period, with eligibility rules and definitions.
02
Engagement
Define retention, completion, and participation before calculating or publishing rates.
03
Outcomes
Use appropriate baseline and follow-up measures, with consent and privacy protections.
04
Learning
Collect feedback, document limitations, and explain what will change as a result.

How We Will Report

Evidence first. Claims second.

We will publish figures only when they are supported by reviewed records. Each report will identify the reporting period, population, sample size, definition, data source, review process, and important limitations.

Publication standard
No percentage, participant count, testimonial, comparison, award, audit statement, or donation-impact estimate will be presented as fact without current supporting documentation and an identified reporting period.

No impact report is currently published. Contact all1234network@gmail.com for current program status.
