All 4 Network Foundation, Inc. ("All4Network," "we," "us") is a New York not-for-profit corporation (EIN 82-5121692) based at 214-10 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11429. This policy explains what information we collect through all4network.org and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, reason for reaching out, and message you provide. We use a third-party service, EmailJS, to deliver these submissions to our inbox — EmailJS processes this information solely to transmit it to us and does not appear on our site as a stored database.

We do not collect or store donation or payment information through this website. Online donations are currently unavailable while we confirm the correct donation platform and organization details.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy (EmailJS and Google Analytics) as needed to operate our site.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and interaction information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process identifiers such as an abbreviated or otherwise processed IP address. We do not use analytics data to identify visitors by name, build advertising profiles, or sell personal information.

All4Network serves youth through in-person programs, but this website's contact form is intended for use by parents, guardians, volunteers, donors, and partners — not for children to submit personal information directly. Program enrollment is handled through direct contact and paperwork with our staff, not through this website.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through our site, including relying on established third-party providers (EmailJS and Google Analytics) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
