Privacy Policy

Draft prepared 2026-08-12 — not yet reviewed or approved by All 4 Network Foundation's board or legal counsel.

⚠️ This is a draft. It was written to match what this website actually does (collects contact-form submissions, hosts a donation form via a third-party processor) as a starting point for review. It should not be treated as final, legally-binding policy until approved by All 4 Network Foundation, Inc.'s board and/or legal counsel.

All 4 Network Foundation, Inc. ("All4Network," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 82-5121692) based at 214-10 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11429. This policy explains what information we collect through all4network.org and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, reason for reaching out, and message you provide. We use a third-party service, EmailJS, to deliver these submissions to our inbox — EmailJS processes this information solely to transmit it to us and does not appear on our site as a stored database.

We do not collect or store any donation or payment information ourselves. Donations made through the "Donate" section of our site are processed entirely by Zeffy, an independent payment platform, via an embedded form. Any payment details you enter go directly to Zeffy, not to All4Network. Please refer to Zeffy's Privacy Policy for how they handle your information.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy (EmailJS, Zeffy) as needed to operate our site.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., which pages are viewed). These tools may place cookies in your browser. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors personally.

Children's Privacy

All4Network serves youth through in-person programs, but this website's contact form is intended for use by parents, guardians, volunteers, donors, and partners — not for children to submit personal information directly. Program enrollment is handled through direct contact and paperwork with our staff, not through this website.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through our site, including relying on established third-party providers (EmailJS, Zeffy) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted from our records.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent draft.
